A proposed settlement has been reached with WaterStreet Company ("WaterStreet" or "Defendant") in a class action lawsuit arising out of a cyber incident that resulted in unauthorized access to certain files that contained Private Information on March 17, 2025 (the "Data Incident"). The Private Information potentially impacted includes names along with one or more of the following: taxpayer identification number, bank account information and/or Social Security numbers. Settlement benefits: All members of the Settlement Class will be automatically granted Credit Monitoring (three years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which comes with $1 million of financial fraud insurance). Cash Payment A – Documented Losses: up to $3,000.00 for actual, documented out-of-pocket losses incurred between March 17, 2025, and August 19, 2026, with third-party proof required. Cash Payment B – Alternate Cash: expected to be $55.00, no proof required. There is a cap of $500,000.00 on Cash Payments; if total claims exceed the cap, payments will be reduced pro rata. The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. ... All members of the Settlement Class will be automatically granted Credit Monitoring and may claim one of the two Cash Payment options. ... If you do nothing, you will not receive a benefit from this Settlement.
