Individuals who worked as a Spark driver within the past 2 years and used a Branch account may join individual arbitration.

Who may qualify

You may be eligible if you are 18 or older, drove as a Spark delivery driver for Walmart within the last 2 years, were classified as an independent contractor, incurred unreimbursed work-related expenses (e.g. fuel, vehicle maintenance), and used a Branch account for wage deposits. This specific arbitration campaign does not include drivers who lived in California while driving for Spark.
