Los Angeles County homeowners who signed PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) contracts with Renew Financial or Renovate America between 2015–2018 may be eligible for settlement payments. These contracts were recorded as liens against homeowners' properties.
Who may qualify
You qualify if you are a homeowner (or heir of one) who entered a Renew Financial or Renovate America Assessment Contract with LA County between March 1, 2015 and March 31, 2018, and that contract was recorded as a lien on your property.
