Who may qualify
You qualify if you lived in Washington, were a BECU member, and between Aug 2, 2015–Jul 1, 2020 were charged an overdraft/NSF fee when your balance covered the transaction, or between Aug 2, 2013–Jul 1, 2020 were charged multiple NSF fees for the same transaction.
