This lawsuit alleges that during December 2024, cybercriminals targeted Lands' End's computer systems and may have accessed certain files that contained personal information. These files may have contained personal information such as names; dates of birth; Social Security numbers; driver's license and/or passport information; and in limited circumstances, medical information. Settlement benefits: Credit Monitoring. All Class Members are eligible to claim two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete. Cash Payment A – Documented Losses. If you incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, you can get back up to $5,000.00. Cash Payment B – Alternate Cash. Instead of the benefits in Option A, you may claim a one-time cash payment. This payment is expected to be $60.00. The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. ... If you do nothing, you will not receive a benefit from this Settlement.
Who may qualify
All persons residing in the United States whose Private Information was compromised in the Data Incident.
