BCBS-GA is paying $9.9 million to settle claims related to its Pathway health insurance plans sold in Georgia from 2016–2022. Georgia residents enrolled in these plans may be eligible for a share of the settlement fund.

Who may qualify

You qualify if you were a Georgia resident enrolled in a BCBS-GA Pathway Plan between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2022, and had qualifying billed charges.
