Who may qualify

You qualify if you own or leased a qualifying Hyundai or Kia vehicle (2010-2023 models) as of April 14, 2025. VIN verification required.

This Settlement will provide $62,100,100 in payments and credits: reimbursement for certain reasonable out-of-pocket expenses related to the Recalls, plus residual distribution payments of up to $350 for Recalled Vehicles and $150 for Unrecalled Vehicles for Class Members who submitted out-of-pocket claims or filed a claim for a residual payment.
