Who may qualify

Current owners/primary users of a Generac PWRcell solar system purchased in the US before January 9, 2026.

payout_typical=$150 is the flat attestation-only tier (2+ months of energy loss, no documentation); claimants with documented losses can claim actual damages instead. payout_documented_max left null: a documented-loss reimbursement track exists ("actual damages" with supporting documentation) in addition to the flat $150 attestation tier, but no dollar cap was found — appears to be uncapped actual-cost reimbursement. payout_typical=$150 is the flat attestation-only tier (2+ months of energy loss, no documentation); claimants with documented losses can claim actual damages instead. CORRECTION 2026-07-04: payout_typical=$150 (attestation tier) removed -- directly fetched the official FAQ (generacsnapsettlement.com/faqs) twice and found no flat/predetermined amount anywhere; only "pro-rata share" of the $15M fund plus documented-loss reimbursement. The $150 figure came from a WebSearch synthesis of aggregator pages, not the official source -- do not reintroduce without a direct primary-source citation.
