Flo Health Data Privacy Settlement
Flo Health Inc., Google LLC, Flurry
Flo Health allegedly incorporated software development kits (SDKs) from Meta (Facebook), Google, and Flurry into its Flo period-tracking app, through which users' menstruation and/or pregnancy information was shared with those companies without proper consent. A $59,500,000 settlement fund will compensate eligible users who submit a valid, timely claim.
Who may qualify
Eligible if: You are included in the Settlements if you used the Flo App in the United States between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019, and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the Flo App during that time
