This lawsuit alleges that during the May 2024 targeted cyberattack on Circle K's computer systems, certain files that contained Private Information were accessed. These files may have contained personal information such as names and Social Security numbers. Settlement benefits: Cash Payment A – Documented Losses: up to $2,000.00 for actual, documented out-of-pocket losses that occurred between May 20, 2024, and September 3, 2026, with supporting documentation required. There is a cap of $45,000.00 on Cash Payment A. Cash Payment B – Alternate Cash: a one-time $50.00 cash payment with no proof or explanation required. Cash Payment B is capped at 700 claims (10% of Settlement Class Members). Additionally, all Settlement Class Members may claim two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with $1 million of financial fraud insurance. The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. ... If you do nothing, you will not receive a benefit from this Settlement.
